Repair Cover Plans

Repair Cover Plans are available on most products. You are eligible for a repair once cover commences upon expiry of the original Manufacturer’s Warranty.

*We may replace your product with another product, provide a store credit or in some cases a gift card if it’s not economically repairable or repair costs exceed the product’s original purchase price.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

Replacement Cover Plans

Replacement Cover Plans are only available for certain products costing $500 or less and provide a one-off replacement of Your product. Cover usually commences 12 months after the date of purchase, or upon expiry of the original Manufacturer’s Warranty,
whichever occurs later.

*If the product is covered by a Replacement Cover plan at our sole discretion, we will replace the product with a product of like kind and condition which may be new or refurbished, or issue a gift card up to the value of the original purchase price of the product in lieu of repairs or a replacement item subject to a satisfactory inspection to confirm that the fault is covered by the BackUp Plan.
